At Our Happy Place, our mission is to support individuals with physical, cognitive, developmental, emotional, and behavioral challenges—and their families—by creating a safe, inclusive, and compassionate community. We are dedicated to enriching lives through meaningful peer connections, engaging experiences, and personalized support that promote wellness, personal growth, and the celebration of self.

Your Happy Place.

Our Happy Place Supportive Services is a not-for-profit enrichment program designed for individuals with diverse abilities between the ages of 18 and 65. We are dedicated to celebrating each member’s unique abilities, encouraging personal growth, and shining a light on individual talents.

At Our Happy Place, members come together in a supportive, social environment to enjoy fun, enriching, and meaningful experiences—all while giving caregivers a well-deserved break.

Our daily programming offers a variety of engaging activities, including:

  • Outdoor and nature-based experiences
  • Health and wellness sessions
  • Life skills development
  • Interactive games and independent leisure
  • Arts and crafts
  • Music and animal therapy
  • Community outings and social involvement

Whether building friendships, exploring new interests, or developing important life skills, Our Happy Place is where everyone can belong—and shine.

Recreational Day Program

This Recreational Day Program is provided 5 days a week Monday – Friday from 9:00 am-3:30 pm; with the option to attend full-time or part-time. 

All special needs individuals between the ages of 18-65 years are welcome to attend the program. The program embraces a maximum of 10 clients and a minimum of 3 qualified staff members along with students and volunteers.  

Our Happy Place is pleased to extend additional services to clients and their families and caregivers such as advocacy, resource and funding navigation and support workshops.
